Gift Voucher Disclaimer

This Gift Voucher (GV) is equivalent to cash and must be safeguarded by the customer at all times.

The Gift Voucher is valid for redemption both online and at NIHAL FASHION retail stores, unless otherwise stated.

Possession of the voucher code constitutes sufficient proof of entitlement to redeem the Gift Voucher.

The customer is solely responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of the Gift Voucher and its associated details, including the voucher code. NIHAL FASHION (Private) Limited shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, misuse, duplication, or unauthorized redemption of the Gift Voucher once it has been issued.

In the event that a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, shared, or compromised, NIHAL FASHION will not reissue, refund, replace, or provide compensation under any circumstances.

Gift Voucher redemption is honored strictly on a first-use basis, whether redeemed online or in-store. Once redeemed, in full or in part, the Gift Voucher is considered used and cannot be reclaimed or reused.

By purchasing, receiving, or using this Gift Voucher, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions in full.

Validity Period

The Gift Voucher does not have an expiry date and remains valid until redeemed in full, unless otherwise specified at the time of issuance.
