All orders are processed and dispatched from our Colombo warehouse. While we endeavor to dispatch orders within 24 hours, dispatch times may be extended during promotional periods, sales, or unforeseen operational cir- cumstances.
Delivery timelines and applicable charges are determined based on the de- livery address and order date. Upon dispatch of the order from our ware- house, customers will be notified via email and SMS.
Local deliveries are fulfilled through third-party courier services arranged by Nihal Fashion. Where necessary or applicable, deliveries may also be carried out via government postal services. Nihal Fashion shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, postal authorities, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control once the order has been dispatched.
A Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option is available for eligible locations, subject to courier service availability and confirmation.
- Customers must clearly indicate the delivery locality when placing an order.
- Deliveries within Nittambuwa, Gampaha, or nearby locations, as well as other areas within the Western Province, may be completed within a shorter delivery timeframe.
- For delivery locations outside Nittambuwa and Gampaha, delivery timelines will vary depending on distance, courier routes, and regional accessibility.
Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or upon order confirmation.
Nihal Fashion reserves the right to adjust delivery methods or timelines based on operational requirements, courier service limitations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
