Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for items purchased online.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size change
- Color change
- Exchange for a different style (via exchange code)
Upon approval, you may receive an exchange code to place a new order for another style.
Showroom / outlet exchanges are permitted only with prior confirmation from the NIHAL FASHION Online Store (see Outlet Exchange section below).
The online exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days from the date the returned item is received.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The item received is damaged or defective, or
- The item delivered is different from what was ordered
In such cases:
- Return pickup will be arranged free of charge.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the item is received at our warehouse.
Refund Method
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be made to the bank account of the original customer.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.
Outlet Exchange
Online Orders
For your convenience, online orders may be exchanged at NIHAL FASHION retail outlets with prior confirmation.

- Size
- Color
- A different style
Discounted items will not be accepted for outlet exchanges.
Credit notes or gift vouchers are not issued for online exchanges.
Important Notes
- • All return or exchange requests must be initiated by contacting us via email or hotline before sending or bringing the item.
- Items returned in a condition that is not fully resalable may be refused for refund or exchange.
- Delivery address changes cannot be accommodated once an order has been shipped.
- Any price difference for exchanged items must be paid in cash at the time of exchange.
